A healthy break-fast keeps you active through out the day and you can perform your tasks and physical activities eaisly without any stress.Today i'll tell you what should you include in your break-fast to be active and free minded.

Best Break-Fast:


• Porridge made with semi-skimmed drain and finished with some banana cuts or raisins.

• Boiled or fried eggs with wholegrain toast and squeezed orange.

• Oatcakes spread with nutty spread or high-natural product jam.

• incline, flame broiled bacon with some barbecued tomato and a toasted silo roll.

• Mixed natural product plate of mixed greens finished with Greek yogurt and some clea.
